Tony brings both operating and advisory experience to restructuring and M&A engagements, working across the full range of situations from healthy transactions to complex special situations.
Prior to joining Ravinia Capital, Tony advised companies on restructuring at PwC, where he focused on liquidity management, 13-week cash flow forecasting, and stakeholder negotiations. He also gained direct investing experience at a real-asset investment platform, where he worked on financial modeling and capital allocation.
