Richard, a Managing Director at Ravinia Capital, is a seasoned M&A executive and a strategic thought leader known for his expertise in logistics and technology. He previously led a Chicago-based cold storage-focused 3PL company, where he gained significant operational and leadership experience
Prior to his venture into logistics, Richard advised large cap industrial companies on strategy, M&A, and corporate finance as an Industrials Investment Banker. He honed his skills at Greenhill & Co. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, working in both Chicago and London. Richard also spearheaded the technology team at a startup that was successfully acquired by the London Stock Exchange Group and gained valuable experience on the trading floor at Barclays Capital.
