Neil Schwartz has been a controller for over 25 years for companies ranging from 4-12 million in sales and 12-100 employees. His business experience has been in the retail camera business, art frame manufacturing, scrap metal and demolition, law firms and IT. He oversaw complete management of accounting functions: including A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, input of employee data, preparation of payroll and union benefit reporting. He is keenly aware of that the responsibility of the controller is keep management up to date on the financial health of the business and the processes that are integral to the operation from an accounting perspective.
